This 72-unit multifamily mixed use project encompassed a complete facade redesign and refresh during the late framing stage of the project. Stasis quickly provided an alternate solution to the existing design that worked within the developer's budget and schedule.

During the redesign, Stasis eliminated existing unnecessary architectural elements that complicated the construction process and added unnecessary costs. The resulting design focused on establishing a landmark building for the community.

Stasis provided interior designs and coordinated efforts with the interior decorator for the 4,000 SF lobby, mailroom, management office, and gym.
