This project was for the 5th floor deck of this 33-unit multifamily project in The Palms. The client was looking for an alternate design of the existing roof deck that would serve as a main gathering space for the building residents.

Stasis designed three zones of use on the 1,500 SF deck, one for lounging by a firepit, another for gatherings surrounding an integrated BBQ with a bar-height countertop, and an intimate, secluded space for quiet conversations and remote work.
