This project was for the 6th floor deck of this 42-unit multifamily project in The Palms. The client was looking for a redesign of the existing plans which provided no information on plantings, furniture, or equipment.

Stasis designed two zones of use on the 1,500 SF deck, one for lounging by a firepit and another for more intimate socialization. Various seating types, including a bar-height countertop overlooking Los Angeles' Baldwin Hills, creates a unique setting for any type of recreation.
